Walked in here after a horrible service and experience at Beaverton Toyota. Royal Moore has friendly staff from the minute I arrived who completed a multi-point inspection on my car for free after hearing about my experience at Beaverton Toyota. Royal Moore Toyota staff found my engine filter replacement I paid for was not replaced, the oil plug was not fastened all the way, and the oil filter was not completely secured. I have an over 6 hour trip this weekend with my family and would have been a horriblr disaster if not for Royal Moore Toyota. Royal Moore Toyota kept me informed of everything as they progressed and provided an inspection report. I highly recommend this location to everyone!! More
