He did a great job today getting me set up with new tires for my 2014 BMW 320i and also running some other service checks while it was in. He and Greg jumped through hoops to get the job done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. They delivered on their promises. I have all my service work done by the dealer and buy all my tires and accessories there, as I value consistency of care. I therefore expect the best and am not the easiest customer to please, but this dealership has done very well by me for the six years I have lived in Florida. They do not let any obstacles stand in the way of providing good, friendly service. I bought this BMW brand new in the winter of 2013 from Emilio Torres, who is a super guy, and recently purchased an extended warranty through Jesus Castillo in the finance department. Everyone I’ve met here is friendly and they are all good listeners who always make you feel welcome. Today was my first time working with Carlos, and I want to thank him for a job well done. More
