Mr. Munoz was uncompromisingly timely, diligent and professional in addressing our concerns regarding the repair and maintenance required for our BMW X-1, 2014. His explanations of the mechanical problems which needed addressing were expressed in a language which was clear and concise but yet polite, patient, and understanding.
