The first time I brought the car in, I waited for my appointment with at least 10 people behind me for the service advisor. Once it was my turn, I gave my name to the advisor, and she stood in front of appointment with at least 10 people behind me for the service advisor. Once it was my turn, I gave my name to the advisor, and she stood in front of the screen for at least 10 minutes trying to log my car in. I could not wait any longer and left. I scheduled another appointment. This was a big waste of my time and a very frustrating experience. The second time my car was actually serviced. Carlos tried to explain how I was billed for a regularly scheduled maintenance. The actual invoice stated that the car was serviced for a 60,000 maintenance, which had been done in 2023. Carlos tried very hard to explain what service was actually performed- which was different than what the invoice stated. Manly Honda should not get any stars. Your employees are working with a broken system and trying very hard to serve your customers. Get your act together - Honda owners deserve better. More

Took the '24 CRV in for RE-CALL work, and backing up noise( that has existed since new. Prepared to get a loaner-rental for the day). Sat in the waiting room to process this for nearly 2 hours! Time, I noise( that has existed since new. Prepared to get a loaner-rental for the day). Sat in the waiting room to process this for nearly 2 hours! Time, I hadn't expected to spend. By the time I was called to process the rental, my Rep walked over and said " You won't need it, your vehicle is done." Suggest Manly have more than 1 Rental agent working the morning shift. Plus, please streamline the Agent-Customer conversation to completing the transaction only, while several others were also waiting for a rental. She was oblivious to all the folks also waiting for a rental Efficiency is more important than carrying on your personal conversation. Lost 3 hours work, but happy I didn't have to re-fill the gas, drive back to pick up my vehicle, etc. More
