I had 500 questions and they were all answered with a smile I walked in only knowing I wanted a white vehicle and that I loved the exterior of the Explorer. Carlos Hernandez in sales was patient in not only verbally explaining what the different options were with the interiors of the Explorers but also showing me so that I could narrow down my options. He never once pushed me to buy the most expensive or hurried me up and I LOVED THAT! We got to meet Mr. Alfred and was just as courteous and willing to help. I walked in late in the evening on a Saturday and the guys in Finance Anthony, Jimmy, and MM Ross were amazing offering to hold the car I liked until Monday so that banks would be open to offer us a great interest rate. I'm in the accounting field and told them my time was golden especially during tax season. They made it so hassle free that we literally walked in and signed in no time and the car was ready to go as promised.
