The sale of the vehicle took too long. When i arrived i had the stock # of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. I was shown other vehicles and Test Drove 2 vehicles while i was there. Once the vehicle i wante had the stock # of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. I was shown other vehicles and Test Drove 2 vehicles while i was there. Once the vehicle i wanted was pulled up then we were in finance w/in an hour. Financing was great and i was really impressed w/ the finance staff. In summary i walked in w/ a 792 credit score and new the stock # of the vehicle i was looking for. It still took 4 hours for me to get out of there. More

I went for a car wash 2 days after I bought my car which they offered for free. They did pretty good service. I thought they don't even remember my name but they did they offered me great service even after they offered for free. They did pretty good service. We went to check out new vehicles, not planning to purchase one right away...We looked at some Escapes, and Carlos came out to show us some vehicles. We had stopped by 2 other dealerships that same d purchase one right away...We looked at some Escapes, and Carlos came out to show us some vehicles. We had stopped by 2 other dealerships that same day, and the way that Carlos "sold us" on the product was great! We were both very impressed with him, and decided to buy our Escape the same day. More

I have never enjoyed buying a car! When i had to go on a business trip my rental car was a ford fusion. I loved driving that car. I had told my son about the car experience. When my son was in a wreck he ha business trip my rental car was a ford fusion. I loved driving that car. I had told my son about the car experience. When my son was in a wreck he had to purchase a new car, he had gone to Sam Packs Five Star to look at the vehicles. He called me and told me about his super service he had with Carlos at this dealership. He told me "Mom when you get ready for a new car I am taking you to Five Star and let you talk to Carlos. Well my experience was over the top at this dealership! I have already recommened this dealership and salesman to many of my coworkers, family, and friends. I was told the dealership was wanting to be a family feel and it defintely was that and more. I will defintely buy my next vehicle from this dealership and salesman! More
