Service Mgr was nice in trying to explain. However it should not take 3 weeks just to diagnose if there is a problem. I agree that specialist would take longer to work on problem. If Ford service takes that long I will reconsider who I choose in 3 years. More

Thank you CARLOS! Before coming to Five Star Ford i went to Vandergriff in Arlington where i purchased my first vehicle. I explained to the manager that my vehicle was Before coming to Five Star Ford i went to Vandergriff in Arlington where i purchased my first vehicle. I explained to the manager that my vehicle was totaled out due to flood damage but i had all documentation from my claim, cash in hand for my down payment, and ready to leave with a vehicle because my rental is expiring. He ran my paperwork through the system after telling me he would be able to communicate with the bank what was going on with my previous vehicle. He came back and said i had awful credit and dont make enough money for the car i want. I had no problems with my first vehicle and with a 100 percent on time pay history i expected it to only be easier. I am 19 years old and work very hard to build my credit from a young age and he made me feel like it wasn't anything to be proud of. He wanted me to put double the money down and when i said i wanted to go home and think about it he said he would give me 15 minutes if id like. WHEN I WENT TO FIVE STAR FORD i looked at the cars on the lot before entering the dealership. My sales guy Carlos met me on the lot and had amazing energy from the start! He asked if it was my first time and made sure he welcomed me to the location and company. I had just found out GAP insurance was dragging out the deadline for their check and was stressed about having to borrow a family members car. I went into Five Star with a "oh well, here goes nothing" attitude. I explained the situation with my car and he was so quick to gather my information. He had me email him my documentation from the car claim and actually used it when talking to the banks. I wanted another Mustang and he found a vehicle that fit everything i wanted plus a cheaper price! I was and still am in love with it! He had the car pulled around for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had to leave to run an errand and by the time i got back (30 minutes to an hour) he had an approval and the financial department on stand by for my ok with the sale. He was very straight forward, didn't sugar coat anything, let me know i was in charge of how the sale went and what i wanted was always first! He wasn't only an amazing sales consultant but an overall great guy! My cheeks genuinely hurt from how hard he made my boyfriend and i laugh during any wait times! He put a business car in my folder with my brand new car documents and i grabbed a few extra from his desk! You can expect me to refer everyone to him! Thank you Carlos for helping relieve a stressful situation and for being on my side the entire process! Joe in finance was very efficient, quick and friendly as well! He made the paperwork process just as fun as looking and driving beautiful mustangs! My experience here was not at all what i was expecting and i am so happy with everything that was done for me! He is professional and honest, answering any and all questions ensuring I'm comfortable and completely understand the deal. Each time I have been extremely happy with both the deal I received and with the entire sales experience as a whole. Carlos goes out of his way to make sure you are getting the car you want at a fair price and then stays in touch long after the sale is complete to answer any questions you might still have about your vehicle and to be sure you are happy! When its time for my next Ford Carlos and 5 Star will be getting the call! And if you should ever need to get your Ford serviced then you need to work with Sean Billhymer in Service.
