Owner, Buddy Espinosa, runs a business the way we would want every business, in every industry, to be run. From Buddy himself, to service manager Carl Martinez, to Joe Sanchez (our service agent on this particular visit), everyone makes you feel you are a valued customer. Not some slick, phoney imitation of caring, but sincere attention and desire to be helpful. We feel as though we've traveled back in time to the 1940s-50s when businesses were virtually all family owned and people actually cared. Joe Sanchez couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with our situation. A true professional, as is Carl, the manager. These guys are great!! Despite being over an hour late for my appointment they took me in without delay. A few items showed up on the 32 point inspection(which I am truly thankful they did!) . They explained things thoroughly and, did all the work for which they had part available - quickly and with a smile. Since one of the items on the list was a battery I figured I would save time and, just buy it and replace it myself. I went online and chose the battery from what I thought was their service department - it was actually from a place a few doors down. I told the guys my intent and they showed me why I should maybe consider having them do it. There was quite a bit of corrosion on the positive cable some of which had leaked below. They were not pushing me just simply explaining things I was unaware of. Even though the battery was purchased elsewhere, they gladly did the work. I agreed. I walked over to the battery place and carried the battery back. Upon entering the Toyota parking lot one of the sales men noticed I was carrying a battery and quickly dropped everything to carry it for me(they are a bit heavier than I realized :)) As I sit waiting for the repairs to be completed I have to say I feel both safe and taken care of ~ THANKS guys. More

follow up to previous problem I slammed this dealership for the way they handled service on my Prius. However, since that post I was contacted by the service manager (Carl Martine I slammed this dealership for the way they handled service on my Prius. However, since that post I was contacted by the service manager (Carl Martinez) and he has been nothing but professional. He has agreed to make it right and give me my money back. My advice, if you feel you are not getting a fair shake with your service representative, talk to Carl. He totally understands customer service! More

"Brent Buell was Exceptional!!!" Brent Buell was excellent, he treated me with respect and kept his word on the things we agreed on or discussed over our phone/TEXT conversations. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very helpful and explained the safety features of my new vehicle as well as helping program and explain the operation of the new audio system in my new Tacoma. He presented me with a deal that I could not pass up, which promted me to make the (4) four hour drive to Santa Fe, NM from Silver City, NM!!! Even though we have a Toyota Dealership here in Silver City, I was more comfortable dealing with Brent. Brent also made arangements for me to have transportation while waiting for delivery of my new vehicle! I would highly recommend Brent to all of my friends and family!!! More

Brent and his team went every extra mile you could find to meet my needs and do so in an incredibly timely fashion. I have waited for 10 years and finallly, a RED RAV4!!!! I can't thank Brent enough and have worked with their service department forever -- who also have gone out of their way to make sure I was safe and previous vehicles were running well. I know they will continue to do the same for this new RAV. I would recommend Mr. Buell to anyone looking for a new or used car -- it was a terrific experince all the way aronnd -- and it is really Daniel's fault in car rentals that I ended up with a gorgeous, red RAV.
