[Criswell Honda Dealership Scam BEWARE]: TL;DR: take pictures of your car before you turn it in for service at Criswell Honda!! Criswell Honda has rude managers, negligent technicians, and refuse to ack pictures of your car before you turn it in for service at Criswell Honda!! Criswell Honda has rude managers, negligent technicians, and refuse to acknowledge responsibility. Recently visited Criswell Honda for a recall service, and the experience was a nightmare. Despite arriving with a perfectly fine car (besides the part for recall), we left with a flat front-right tire due to the dealership's negligence. They couldn't even provide a spare tire and LEFT US WITH A HEFTY $390 bill for a single tire replacement. To top it off, their customer service was shockingly rude and they *refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused*. If you're looking for reliable service and respectful treatment, we strongly advise AVOIDING Criswell Honda in Germantown. Protect yourself—take photos of your vehicle before any service appointment to avoid similar headaches! More

My Honda CRV was makibng a weird sound when I speeded up. I brought my car the Criswell Honda Dealer in Germantown; which included $99 for diagnosis. I came back to Criswell, and identified a different reason forn the sound charging additonal $1000 dollars. Obviouly, this was a ill wok, you didn't do your work properly. If I paid for you to diagnose my car and I was given the right diagnosis, which should I padi again for the same reason ; don''t you offer warranty for your work?? More

I went to Criswell Honda for service(Oil Change) on my Honda Clarity with appointment and a young lad came in took my details for the purpose of my visit and wrote something down on then paper and since i Honda Clarity with appointment and a young lad came in took my details for the purpose of my visit and wrote something down on then paper and since i had appointment and nothing else disclosed about my wait time and he made me feel like it will be like In and Out.I had appointment for 10:00am expecting to have oil change within an hour and when it was 10:30 am i inquired about the status of my car and met with Carina Arriola the Service manager who approached me after inquiring with 3 to 4 other employees about my Car and stated that its wriitten on the paper that your car will be ready by 12:00pm so i will have to wait and if you dont want tto wait she can have my car pulled and i can leave without any service done. I had no other option than to approach her Service Director Tania Joya about the whole situation and her responce to my complain was what Carina did was the right thing and if you dont want to wait than you can take your car !!! I was Shocked to have this kind of responce from a Seervice Director !!! On this visit i was made to believe like My Way or Highway !!! Shame on you both to behave with your client in such a nasty Way !! More
