Took our Hyundai Ionic Hybrid in for a simple service
using a external warranty. The car NEVER leaked ANYTHING until the service. The next day the car was leaking oil. We made another appointment and

Took the car to our regular mechanic. It was determined that the oil drain plug was either loose, or not seated correctly causing the leak. ANY HIGH SCHOOL MECHANIC should have known to check the plug. It is OBVIOUS that the plug was not even CHECKED on the second visit! THERE IS ZERO EXCUSE FOR SUCH SLOPPY WORK! This is ONE friggin' screw! Had we not been paying attention, we would surely be in for a MAJOR repair! (Hmmmmmmm...). Personally, I wouldn't trust them. If they can't perform a SIMPLE oil change, than what ELSE CAN'T THEY DO CORRECTLY!!
