I have dealt with most every brand of vehicle and dealership there is during the course of my lifetime. NONE are as good as Northside Lexus. That is why I am loyal customer. More

My experience with Northside Lexus was very horrible. Dealing with Caleb was the worse experience ever. He's very rude, full of himself and looks down on customers. The thought of a young black woman w Dealing with Caleb was the worse experience ever. He's very rude, full of himself and looks down on customers. The thought of a young black woman walking into a Lexus dealership with a check book, ready to write a check for the full amount of a brand new Lexus was unheard of to him. He made my experience at the dealership unessacerily stressful and a complete waste of my time. First he wanted to run my credit and view my credit report because I was paying the full amount with a check. I thought that was fair at first, until he came up with a whole nonsense of my two last known address on my credit report shows Dallas address, so he started asking for silly stuff. He's demeanor was condescending. He pushed until I was at the point of walking out of the dealership. I was very upset with his behavior. I felt he doesn't respect successful independent black woman. My sales guy Austin Marshal was great, and respectful, however Caleb left a bad taste in my mouth. I doubt I will ever step my foot in Northside Lexus and I'm very certain I will never refer any of my friends to them. I told my friends and co-workers about my experience and everyone was disgusted with Caleb unprofessionalism and Condesending attitude. I think everyone that walks into your building should be treated the same irrespective of their gender, or financial status. Sitting behind a big desk doesn't give you the license to look down on others or treat people rudely. More
