I was actually very disappointed with my experience. I made the deal by phone and was thrilled with the customer service. Even though there was no negotiating to do, the process was long and drawn out once I arrived on site. At the last minute, right before I went to finance, they took $1,000 off my trade-in. Hmmm.... I was promised a detail and full tank before I left, but came out of finance and neither had been done. I was told I could bring the vehicle back, but I live 3 hours away. I have still not received my inspection sticker and it has been a month since my purchase. I've bought luxury cars for years and expect better customer service from a Lexus Dealership. More

Had to rely on GM to straighten the mess Javier created. Javier accused us of things we didn’t do and tried to charge me over $5,000 on a buy back that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. He even told me to take my SUV somewhere else for maintenance, oil changes, etc. Still owes me a tank of gas per Sales Manager. More
