Besides being very personable & helpful, he is also very knowledgeable on all the Lexus vehicle line-up, We very much appreciate all his help and highly recommend him. Northside Lexus also provided good customer service in all aspects of purchasing & financing for our new Lexus. Lisa helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs and lifestyle while taking into account personal preferences and taste. Within a day of me taking delivery I got a flat tire and I was taken care of qui lifestyle while taking into account personal preferences and taste. Within a day of me taking delivery I got a flat tire and I was taken care of quickly by Tyler. Marcus took care of the paperwork for my loan. He even transferred the registration for my specialty plates without me having to make a trip to the registration office to do it after the purchase. I've had to transfer these specialty plates to three other brand new vehicles in the past. It was nice to not have to do this. More
