I can’t say enough good about Caitlyn our sales woman! I called several days before our visit to put a hold on a truck for my son for his 18th birthday! He had been watching this truck for a few weeks. So I called several days before our visit to put a hold on a truck for my son for his 18th birthday! He had been watching this truck for a few weeks. So I tried to surprise him but he figured it out. She never hesitated at all knowing it would be over a week before we could get there. We confirmed day of and she had it out cleaned and ready to go! She even played a little trick on him. He was so happy with the truck and the overall experience! 11/10 recommend Caitlyn at Taylor Ford of Manteno!
