I have an electrical problem they can't fix for almost a year now. Audi america say no fix for a Audi Q7 2021 with only 15 thousand miles. (Greyed out shortcut button and missing A/C sync button. When we arrived at Audi Niello at first glance it’ll seems nice but once we walked into the building you can already feel the dynamic is off. The sales people and managers are fake smiles and hand shake seems nice but once we walked into the building you can already feel the dynamic is off. The sales people and managers are fake smiles and hand shakes at first, it’s later when they show who they really are. We get the car pulled up for the test drive and this car not only has one curbed wheel but all 4, tires are bald as well, and the brakes are almost shot. Also please be super cautious and make sure you look thoroughly through the CARFAX on Audi Niello cars, this particular car also never had an oil changed until 20K miles which is horrible for an engine mechanically speaking. After we get back from the test drive, we liked the car and we kept being told it was cpo during the drive and for a bit when we got back. This is where they get deceitful, they lied and handed us documents saying the car is CPO but in fine print it is just saying an inspection was done, but the inspection wasnt even real. Audi CPO cars have to be practically spotless to be CPO and this dealership fabricated the cpo inspection and this is true because they checked off the box on the cpo inspection sheet saying the wheels were undamaged (keep in mind all 4 were curbed) and they also said this car had regular oil changes (it did not). While we were negotiating we wrote down our concessions that we wanted done/fixed on the car. We wrote fix the rims, new tires, and CPO. When the sales person brings it back from the managers office they have a big “X” over the CPO we wrote, and the sales person wrote word for word saying it’s already CPO so that’s why we crossed it out. Then we go back and fourth a little bit then the finance or sales manager comes out and literally wants to argue and lie. He wants to say this car is cpo and I have more experience doing this than us. Trying to say we don’t know what we’re talking about and he tells us the car would be CPO after purchased. This is not how AUDI USA handles CPOing cars. This car was also not up to AUDI USA standards to be CPO and Niello was already denied the CPO certificate and wanted to lie and perjurize documents to get us to believe the car was Cpo at all cost just to get a sale. This is not the first review or case of this happening at Audi niello, this is a reoccurring phenomenon because of the management at Audi Niello. More
