Gave me the run around for 6 months when trying to make appointment for recall work, constantly giving me the excuse they’re looking to see if they have the part and will contact me. When I finally got in for service, they told me the wait would be 3 hours, I was prepared for that and ready, the car was finished in 20 minutes. My car was running different the next day and I contacted them only to get the run around again! No concern that my car wasn’t starting properly. Talked to supervisor and he said to come in the following week, even though I expressed importance because I’m an uber driver and it’s my livelihood. That didn’t matter to him. I went to AutoZone to have my battery tested for due diligence and that’s when I noticed the mechanics didn’t install and secure my battery back in properly after the job and was missing 2 nuts. The battery knocked around on my car’s computer and engine block causing it to die. Thank goodness there was no damage to the computer or engine, especially since I doubt they would have done anything about it if it did. I read many negative reviews of this dealership, but I had no choice because of the recall work. I would never go here again and never recommend it to anyone. I will drive out of state to take my car in, if there are any other recalls, before I go back there. Who knows if they even did the recall job correctly. More
