12/31 charged me for work not done. Admitted it. Talked to M. I know things can happen. Said I would get a credit. Had promised several times to call me after she talked to service Admitted it. No more calls, no refund, only texts saying "how did we do?" I told them they did not do very good. Days pass, still no refund, no response. I used to arrange my truck service when I was in Indy so I could go to York because I now live in another state. Very disappointed they have my money, making no effort to make this good. Today is after close of business on 1/9/2025. More

I have nothing good to say about my experience with the service department. Based on that I would not recommend this dealership.i have been lied to , led on, as well as tried to take advantage of me for ov service department.
