I recently purchased a GMC Sierra from another dealership, only to discover afterward that it was missing a key feature I specifically needed. Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I reached o dealership, only to discover afterward that it was missing a key feature I specifically needed. Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I reached out to Starling GMC and met with Brian, the sales manager. That’s when everything changed. Brian took the time to listen to my situation without judgment and immediately looked for ways to help—even though the original sale wasn’t through their dealership. He went above and beyond to make things right, showing a level of professionalism, integrity, and customer care that’s incredibly rare in the car business. The entire team at Starling GMC treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in.
