Perrysburg Auto Mall is the greatest! I came in with a flat tire. They provided awere able to replace the tire in a matter of hours and provided a ride home for me. I had better service at many other dealerships. No one wanted to greet me. I only bought the car because it was at your lot. Didn't click with the sales guy. While waiting to get financed my sale g No one wanted to greet me. I only bought the car because it was at your lot. Didn't click with the sales guy. While waiting to get financed my sale guy only came out to see me if he needed something for me to fill out. The financing lady wasn't looking out to save me any money. But to get paid back to the dealership on the high interest deal that she got for me. Felt that I was getting taken. And the car wasn't all the way filled up like most dealership do. I asked my sales guy to help me figuring out the seats or set up my phone. He replied I'm not sure how to do that. And thats fair. But maybe if he could of said let me ask someone inside that knows how to do that for you would of helped. So I went to another dealership and they helped me. Thank you seth. Lucky me. On a good note I like the car. More

Brian was wonderful to work with. I came out Thursday evening and told him I wanted to bring my son back on Saturday. He was with a customer when we got there, and another very nice s I came out Thursday evening and told him I wanted to bring my son back on Saturday. He was with a customer when we got there, and another very nice salesperson greeted us when we came in the door and said that he would let Brian know we were there. About 5-7 minutes later, I saw Brian walking out to 'my car'. At first, I thought, Oh no, someone had already bought 'my car.' But no, Brian went right out and brought it up to the front when he knew we were waiting. Wonderful service!!! More
