Dropped the vehicle off around 1230 with an appointment made ahead for free oil change and filter. Think just some confusion but when I came to pick up the vehicle at 430 it was not ready and probably not even started on the service as I then had to wait, as if I was just dropping the car off at 430, for about another hour: Service performed was good as usual but wanted to give feedback as requested. Next time I’ll just say I’m waiting for the car even if I drop it off to ensure it gets prioritized when drop off and work started based on appointment time to ensure ready when I return. Thanks again for the courtesy oil changes. Although inconvenient the service agent was professional and apologetic for the additional wait. More
