Outstanding service from everyone we met. We would definitely recommend you to our friends. I don't recall the name of the Sales Manager, but he too was outstanding. Ron Figat assisted us with the paperwork and what I appreciated is that there was no heavy handed sales add on, but he explained the benefits and we ended up choosing the extended warranty based on his recommendation. More

This is a difficult review to write as I had a tremendous experience buying my car here. Yesterday I was in for my first service and it too was a great experience until I was paying and was told that there i experience buying my car here. Yesterday I was in for my first service and it too was a great experience until I was paying and was told that there is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card — that left me with a very negative feeling. To my service advisor’s credit, she adjusted my bill downward to erase the fee, but I feel like Randy Marion is big enough to absorb that cost and/or adjust their pricing accordingly. I am a VERY small retailer myself and I absorb the costs instead of nickel and dimming my customers. With that said, I’m quite certain I will take my service needs elsewhere. Let me reiterate, the purchase/sales process was awesome (a process I usually abhor) the payment for service experience was about 3%. More
