2019 Acura RDX A-SPEC I have purchased 8 Acura’s from Schaller over the last 20 years and I keep coming back. The salesman I had worked with in the past was no longer there I have purchased 8 Acura’s from Schaller over the last 20 years and I keep coming back. The salesman I had worked with in the past was no longer there, but I met Mitch Miller when I asked for Rob, and soon I felt like I was dealing with someone I had known for a long time. Brian the finance manager is fair and very easy to work with. The service department is always excellent. I can’t thank Mitch enough for letting me test the car and the electronics before I bought the car, and for he and the dealership for meeting my strange needs and requests. Schaller is the only dealer I visited in pursuit of this car. There was no need to go anywhere else. More

I have been waffling on getting a new lease for a few months now. Jeff and Brian worked to get something I was comfortable with. Love the new car! I was not very pleasant to deal with at times but Jeff & Brian were very accommodating and understanding. Joe G. assisted with the financing and was super friendly & thorough explaining all the details. I have been an Acura, specifically a Schaller Acura of Manchester customer for over 25 years. Love the Sales Team and the Service Team are like family to me esp. Dave & Brian. Thank you all for your friendship & support as well as ensuring a relaxing experience. Michele More

Great Purchase Experience I was at the end of a lease and decided to explore the new 2019 RDX as a purchase alternative. The arrival of the new RDX in showrooms directly corre I was at the end of a lease and decided to explore the new 2019 RDX as a purchase alternative. The arrival of the new RDX in showrooms directly corresponded with my lease conclusion, but I still had 2 months left of payments. I chose to deal with Schaller due to a number of great years of service provided for a 2001 Acura TL purchased in another region of the country after moving back to Connecticut. The sales staff searched and found the specific model and color combinations we were looking for, regularly kept us informed of delivery times, handled my lease conclusion without a hassle, and successfully delivered our new RDX as ordered, well ahead of plan, at a good price as well. Many thanks to staff members Teri Lupacchino, Brian Savo and Joe Greenberg for making this happen. I also consider the service area to be the best in the region, and look forward to them caring for my new RDX for years to come. More

Customer for 31 years I’ve been doing business with Schaller Acura since 1987 and I have never found a more reliable deaalership. Teri Lupacchino has sold us 2 of our cars I’ve been doing business with Schaller Acura since 1987 and I have never found a more reliable deaalership. Teri Lupacchino has sold us 2 of our cars and we can’t say enough good things about her knowledge of the vehicle and her patience in teaching us how to use the features. She is definitely an asset to this dealership. Also Brian Savo walked us through the financing and made it so easy to complete the transaction. When it comes to service this team is the best in the state. I’ve had other cars and been to other repair groups but nobody beats Schaller Acura as far as I’m concerned. More

Third Acura and it's definitely a charm! I just leased my second Acura TLX with Schaller and third vehicle overall. I have worked with Teri Lupacchino since 2006 and have been completely satisfied each time. I have had my cars serviced at Schaller as well and have NEVER had a bad or pushy experience with their service team either. The entire staff from sales, finance and service take all of the stress out of the car buying experience. More
