Mike even offered to come out to our home if we needed further assistance as this model is very different from our 2014 RDX. We’ve told many friends of our experience and would recommend Mike to them. This is our 5th Acura and 4th bought at Schaller. We’ve come back again and again because we’ve always been very impressed with their service dept and its staff that are always friendly, attentive and efficient. More

Third Acura Purchase / Great Service! After 8 months of research, we recently leased our new 2019 RDX from Teri at Schaller Acura. This is our 3rd Acura vehicle, and 2nd from Schaller. Te After 8 months of research, we recently leased our new 2019 RDX from Teri at Schaller Acura. This is our 3rd Acura vehicle, and 2nd from Schaller. Teri also sold us our 2006 MDX, which currently has 332,000 miles and still running strong--I expect to get to 500,000 miles. Our decision for this vehicle came down to a choice between the BMW X3 and the RDX Advance. I obtained competitive quotes from both dealers, but our decision for the RDX came down to value, reliability, and cost of ownership. I contacted other dealers in the region to find the best deal on the RDX, but Teri provided us with what was easily the most competitive deal. Another critical factor in our decision is the Schaller service department--Brian, Joe, and David have help us keep all our vehicles reliable and in top condition; I am confident that our new RDX will give us any years (and miles) of enjoyment! More

HONEST, respectful, efficient. I have been a client of Schaller Acura for over two decades for a reason. The service department is far superior in it's practices and competence than I have been a client of Schaller Acura for over two decades for a reason. The service department is far superior in it's practices and competence than any others I have ever patronized since my early twenties. Brian is the leader extraordinaire, with Joe as his number one.. Joe is also great to work with. They are so honest that they have, repeatedly, let me know when work was unnecessary and they also let me know what is coming up and how much to sock away to prepare for it. I also love driving an Acura. These cars have everything you want in a luxury, high performance vehicle. The juice is there when you need it, thanks to the VTech engine. I've driven the deutche snot-mobiles and they have nothing over an Acura. Maybe other people want flash (or despicable consumption), I like to be under the radar, get the same luxury and tech, while saving 15 to 25K, sometimes more. I will be a life long Acura owner and Schaller service department devotee. More

Amazing Experience As Always Today I purchased (leased) my second MDX from Schaller Acura!!!! I bought my first MDX there 4 years ago. I loved that car, but then I met the 2019, a Today I purchased (leased) my second MDX from Schaller Acura!!!! I bought my first MDX there 4 years ago. I loved that car, but then I met the 2019, and we were meant to be together. From the moment I walked through the door 4 years ago until the moment I walked out the door today, I have been treated with nothing but kindness, courtesy and respect. I have the utmost respect for every member of that team. Every single person has a smile on their face, is so pleasant to work with, and goes above and beyond to help their customers. In the last 4 years the service team has been out of this world amazing. I have worked with Dave, Joe and Brian the most, but they are all great. Katherine and the other helpful women who have answered the phone and booked my appointments are always so cheerful and kind. And the great guys who drive me a courtesy car every time I have my car serviced are so wonderful and accommodating. Craig even knows my crazy morning routine as a single parent and accommodates his day to work for mine! The service team is top notch and I would never have my car serviced elsewhere. They are trustworthy and honest, they’re not out to get your money. The sales team is also top notch! Big shout out to Jeff Norwood for today! Never an ounce of pressure, always providing you with all of the options. They treat you as a person, not a sale. They take the time to teach you every detail of how your car works and all of the features. A huge applause to Brian Savo in financing! What an amazing guy! So helpful. Explains every step. Deals with the DMV/RMV (has to be awful), and all with a smile on his face. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t give the biggest shout out to James Merrill, the sales manager, and the reason I stepped foot through Schaller’s doors 4 years ago. Truly amazing man! I can honestly say, I don’t see myself ever owning a car other than an Acura or ever purchasing or servicing a car anywhere but Schaller! I’m in for the long haul! Megan H. More

Great experience! I started my process with sending an email online to inquire about the RDX and received a quick response from Rachel via phone and email that answere I started my process with sending an email online to inquire about the RDX and received a quick response from Rachel via phone and email that answered all of my questions. I proceeded to the dealership to check out the vehicle in person and Mike Uhlman was the main person I dealt with. He took us on a test drive on a great route that enabled me to get a good feel of vehicle. I proceeded with the process to lease the vehicle and he was prompt, informative, kind, and all around great. I will definitely continue to service my car at this dealership as well as refer people I know! More
