My BMW X1 suffered a service affecting problem recently caused by the car’s 12 volt battery. Had to take it to my dealer Ziegler to get it repaired. Ziegler Service got the BMW running even better than bef caused by the car’s 12 volt battery. Had to take it to my dealer Ziegler to get it repaired. Ziegler Service got the BMW running even better than before. It was a relief to get it fixed promptly and properly. Tony was very helpful as well as everyone at Ziegler who had a hand in the repair. Got a great free loaner car too while the X1 was being repaired. I highly recommend Ziegler for a visit to check out their BMW fine automotive offerings. Also recently worked with Service Advisor Cory on a brake recall issue. All work was completed satisfactorily. Ziegler does a very professional job with any service issues. I highly recommend this dealership and BMW’s. More

BMW of Orland Park will never get another order from me. I have purchased serveral vehicles from them. The last two purchases were awful. I put in a dealer complaint with BMW. I placed an order for a 202 I have purchased serveral vehicles from them. The last two purchases were awful. I put in a dealer complaint with BMW. I placed an order for a 2025 BMW X5 with air suspension. It was delivered to the dealership on October 31, 2024. The sales manager made a short term decision to sell my custom order to another customer. BMW of Orland Park does not reward customer loyalty at all. Sarim is a terrible communicator. BMWUSA sent me an email thanking for my new order on Nov 2. Sarim excuse was he was off the day the sold the car. He doesn't take care his customers. When I took delivery of my car, Sarim set an appoint for 11 AM. He had me sign a couple of documents. Then walked me order to service area and had me wait 3 hours to get into the finance office. At 12:45 he said I was next up. But, I didn't into the finance office until 1:45. Sarim agrreed I purchased a lot BMW products. I hope he enjoys cashing his last commission check from me. My daughter has been dealing with issues for a while with her car. Brian and James were working with us because they knew what issues she had dealt with the dealerships back in Michigan. Brian and James had her car. Brian and James were working with us because they knew what issues she had dealt with the dealerships back in Michigan. Brian and James had told my daughter that they would get her car from Michigan and bring her a loaner from Chicago so they could replace the break pad or recall on her brake pad that they had said was the reason causing her brake malfunctions in the first place. Brian and James told my daughter that they had ordered the part and once the part was in they would bring the loaner to my daughter in Michigan and grab her car and take it back to Chicago to fix that issue so she would not deal with the brake malfunction again. Well my daughter got her car back a week later and when she got it back her car was giving her a notification about brake malfunction again and about the repair needing to be done. My daughter emailed Brian the office manager and he told her he would see when the program was available. So, we’re a bit confused if anything was done to my daughter’s car because obviously there wasn’t since the notification keeps coming up and since Brian had stated that he would check Monday because supposedly the program was available in December. We are very upset because we’ve been loyal BMW customers for some time now. More

Nick shellberg and Mgr Brian Coster were phenomenal. My son had recently passed away and I brought it to another dealership for service . 2 months later I decided I would purchase the vehicle. I returned to Zeigler for service because I am taking the car to Virginia. When the vehicle was serviced there were many problems. In the midst of my deepest despair both Nick and Brian helped me tremendously. I cannot thank you enough for their outstanding service. I am now confident that my vehicle is professionally serviced and ready to be driven in Virginia. Nick Shellberg also gave me the “101”.( In other words those moms and dads that are technically challenged lol) for my son’s favorite vehicle ! His kindness professional and knowledge of your BMW vehicles should be commended. I truly believe my son placed Nick at Ziegler to assist me that day .
