Brian took such great care of me during my visit. I came in for a tire patch and an oil change with a tire rotation, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It seemed like an inconvenience when I pulled in at 3:30. Yet,I had an appointment the week prior & electricity was out.. no one bothered to call me & reschedule, waited for me to gather all my stuff then sa Yet,I had an appointment the week prior & electricity was out.. no one bothered to call me & reschedule, waited for me to gather all my stuff then sauntered over to tell me. So I can be inconvenienced but showing up at the express line more than an hour before closing is an inconvenience to the dealership? Ended up taking over 2 hours. Apparently the tech had to leave. Even during check out I was 'put on hold' so he could check in another customer who was dropping off his car, making me wait even longer. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman but really didn't feel valued. I grew up around cars.. my dad worked at Chrysler for 35 years & we did most of our own repairs..so I really don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience who knows nothing. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to immediately return to the dealership because the right front wheel was not on correctly and the truck was shaking. It was a safety hazard. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Brian Bahr. Brian did an excellent job of keeping me updated and informed in regards to my vehicles repairs and truly went out of his way to make thi Brian Bahr. Brian did an excellent job of keeping me updated and informed in regards to my vehicles repairs and truly went out of his way to make this a positive service experience. I genuinely appreciated his honesty, telling me what repairs really needed to happen now versus what I could schedule later. A lot of other technicians at other dealerships I feel just try to get as much money out of me as possible. I didn't feel that way with Brian. Please pass this on to him that I was extremely pleased with my service visit and I will most certainly ask for Brian anytime I come into the Jeep service department in the future. More
