Brian did great at communicating and keeping me in the loop. However the initial appt that I called in to make, the dealership scheduled me on a day it was actually closed. Didn’t know that until I arrive loop. However the initial appt that I called in to make, the dealership scheduled me on a day it was actually closed. Didn’t know that until I arrived to drop it off. This was my first time using the dealership. At my appointment the second try was given a turn around time that ended up being double the original time and “promise date”. More

I always use this dealership for all my service on this car. This time I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service. The mechanics did not know how to put the spare tire back underneath the car so they p car. This time I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service. The mechanics did not know how to put the spare tire back underneath the car so they put it in the back of the car which was not satisfactory. I had to show them the manual to know how to put the spare tire back under the car. I really think the dealership should know how to to service all their vehicles. And when I tell them how to do it when they don’t know how they shouldn’t argue with me. OK More
