Took them 3 months to resolve a recall , to have my prescription sunglasses taken from my car . I wish I could leave a negative stars. After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one called you to which of course I'm surprised. I get there and they say oh your car was broken into on the lot. It's undrivable again. I've reached out to management, leadership as well as Kia's customer service department and I still do not have a resolution. It has been weeks and I still don't have my car. They do not communicate. They are unresponsive and they have not taken responsibility for the fact that my car was damaged under their watch. More

Truck wasn't ready for test drive after a long drive and appointment was made days prior. Attempted to "walk" after test driving after noticing the chaos of the staff and concerns regarding the used truck. appointment was made days prior. Head salesperson asked for a few minutes and talked me into the deal by offering a 2yr bumper to bumper warranty. The next week the transmission began giving issues, the warranty for the trans issue was denied stating it was a known issue. After almost 2 mos of fighting they finally fixed the transmission. Received the truck and noticed the transmission was leaking b/c the tech didn't replace the rear seal. After almost 3 weeks they stopped returning my calls. Worst dealership I've ever worked with and plan to contact the BBB. More
