Turned out to be a lot of lying and misleading going on with the financial negotiations. I drastically overpaid because of this. Not typical negotiating tactics.. for example, I was told by the floor sales with the financial negotiations. I drastically overpaid because of this. Not typical negotiating tactics.. for example, I was told by the floor salesman that the lowest rate they could get me was 13%, from the lender I'd already had pre-approval from at 9.9%. I agreed to the lowest price I could argue on that basis, only to find out after signing that the actual rate I was financing for was 8.6%. That would've been a monthly payment (after down-payment) of $670. Instead. I am paying $834/mo. That is clearly dishonest negotiating and if I didn't love the car so much I'd be fighting the agreement. Instead I'll just make sure nobody I know shops at Corwin More

The whole process was super easy and inviting. Brenden and Jem were wonderful people to interact with. I would like to give some feedback. I knew very little about looking into the history of a Brenden and Jem were wonderful people to interact with. I would like to give some feedback. I knew very little about looking into the history of a car before purchasing. I was given a lot of positives about this car, but wasn't expressly given good details about the past of the vehicle. That's minor, I'll take the blame for that upon myself, but would've liked some more transparency. As for the condition of the vehicle, I'm more dissatisfied there. I'll just list those to not get too wordy: completely empty wiper fluid misaligned vehicle grime in the cupholders and shifter scratches and dings in the cargo bay window tint was scratched up scuffs on the outside of the car that were easily removed with a buff cloth All of these things together didn't make me feel like I was in a newly purchased vehicle, and left me disillusioned with the care that this dealership takes of their vehicles before selling them to a customer. It sat for under a week while I had a deposit on it, that would've been a great time to pretty it up and pay attention to those details before it left the lot. More

We actually love the vehicle we've gotten from Corwin Toyota and felt the deal they made with us and the value for our trade-in was very good. We have since had difficulty reaching staff for additional h Toyota and felt the deal they made with us and the value for our trade-in was very good. We have since had difficulty reaching staff for additional help (no one will call us back, we have to persistently call them and pester people). Brenden was our salesperson, we tried to call him on his day off and he didn't call back when he was back. My husband also called Ty and JR, as well as emailed JR. We have had no response or call back from any of those folks. To Brenden's credit, he does answer when we call and after a few days he has been communicating via text with my husband. The dealership did change the oil, perform an alignment, and replace the tires on the vehicle, all of which is very much appreciated. The tire sensor light came on after work on the tires but the dealership said we're on our own figuring that out. The vehicle also had a damaged bumper, which the dealership agreed to replace, but they kind of slapped an undamaged, salvaged bumper on without also repositioning the front bumper sensor (it's there, just dangling without a mounting bracket), adding the trim around the fog light, or replacing the attached splash guards within the fender. It's been a struggle to get someone to contact us about this repair but I'm hopeful Corwin will eventually "fix the bumper" in the fullness of that phrase rather than what they did initially. To Brenden's credit, he has been working with us on this repair. What is frustrating is that we were allowed to take the vehicle home like this, kind of half-fixed, and I get the distinct impression that Corwin would never have contacted us about further "fixing" if we had not reached out ourselves. I will update (if I can) if/when the fix is complete or not. More
