We take all feedback seriously, and it’s clear that your experience didn’t meet the high standards we strive to provide. I understand from your messages that you were expecting Audi Coral Springs to handle the remaining balances on your previous lease, as has been the case in past lease pull-ahead deals. We sincerely regret that this expectation was not met in the way you anticipated. In reviewing the situation thoroughly, I see that there were discussions regarding the coverage of your previous vehicle’s expenses, but there were no formal agreements in writing to waive all outstanding liabilities from your prior lease, which created confusion. While we did offer to cover certain costs as a goodwill gesture, such as the $663 tax-in payment and a $500 waiver on your final statement, I understand that these measures did not fully address your concerns. We deeply value your loyalty over the years, and I want to assure you that our intention has always been to act in good faith. We understand that your expectations were based on previous experiences, and we regret that the communication this time did not align with those expectations. I also recognize that the conversations with Audi Financial Services and the information from your acquaintances have only compounded your frustration. Please know that we are committed to ensuring that all of our clients feel heard and respected.While we may not be able to change the terms of the agreement that was signed, we are always willing to have an open dialogue to explore possible resolutions and work together towards a fair outcome. Again, I’m sorry that your recent experience with Audi Coral Springs has led to disappointment, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
