I had a 7 AM appointment on New Year's Eve. Arrived 15 minutes early and gate was locked. Could not get in. Not a big deal, but not a good start for our first appointment. Overall customer and car maintenance was very good and helpful! Would I recommend your dealership to others for maintenance of their Subaru - yes. Not sure about buying or trading in at dealership again helpful! Would I recommend your dealership to others for maintenance of their Subaru - yes. Not sure about buying or trading in at dealership again. Some seats beyond main waiting area are not the most comfortable but allowed me to sit separately as flu season progresses. I did notify reception that the first bathroom stall door in women’s bathroom didn’t lock. I was notified that happened off/on - wonder if it was the men’s stall door if it would be fixed correctly and stayed that way especially since most of your staff is men? Then what is happening in women’s bathroom. Happy New Year! More
