This dealership was very unprofessional. They wasted so much of my time having me come and wait there saying they could do the service. After sitting there for several hours I was told that They wasted so much of my time having me come and wait there saying they could do the service. After sitting there for several hours I was told that they would not be able to complete the service because they had their only mechanic that could do the job in a meeting that lasted all day long. I will never bring anything there again. As a business owner they wasted my whole day and I never even got the service done. The ironic thing about it it said quick Lane. Nothing was quick about them. I even called ahead of time before I got there. They told me on the phone that they could do the service I even left another Ford dealership because they said they could do it in a timely manner. I will stick with the dealer that I'm already have and not do anything with Stivers ever again. I have been a professional mechanic. I've ran automotive shops. The way things went on there there was no excuse. All of the list they had in the shop were empty except for one. There's another customer that was in there and had been there all day also. There was no excuse for such poor service. I was told that the mechanic that was in the meeting was the only one that was able to do that service. I asked where was the service manager maybe he could do it. I was told he was not even available to even talk to me. How can you manage something and you don't even know how to do the job yourself nor are you available to do the job. Again I was so disappointed with this place. It's not like I'm a novice in the automotive repair and maintenance industry. But as a business owner my time is my most valuable asset. And I did not appreciate them wasting it like they did it cost me a full day being unproductive and not even getting the job that I need it done completed. If I was the owner. I was shut down the whole service Lane and replace every employee in there. A dealership makes more money in the service industry and the fact that the customer is a return customer. The service manager will no longer be employed for me know any of his staff. More
