Service department lacks in professionalism. The shop staff couldn’t even install a hitch on my brand new trailblazer. Screwed up ordering parts several times , screwed up installation of bum The shop staff couldn’t even install a hitch on my brand new trailblazer. Screwed up ordering parts several times , screwed up installation of bumper trim, it looked like crap , i waited hours for a shuttle ride . It took at least three appointments or more , i lost count! And i think close to a month to complete the job! The last appointment when it got finished i, i was notified by my salesman that it was ready again! So i go to pick it up again and they cant find my keys! It took them an hour to find my keys! I don’t think I ever want your shop to do anything to my car again, not even an oil change! Service department couldn’t be worse!!! More
