Toyota of Lubbock is a great dealership and has a wonderful service department. It show transparency from the moment you arrive from your advisor to the technician and the video they take to the way wonderful service department. Although the person booking my appointment on the phone rushed to hang up and didn’t seem to care about my questions, the people in the dealership were wonderful. They made my entire servicing free of char rushed to hang up and didn’t seem to care about my questions, the people in the dealership were wonderful.
