Make up issues just to charge you insane amounts for repairs that are not even necessary. A private mechanic fixed my squeak in less than 1 hour charged $100. Gene Messer Toyota and David Kirkham's team took 3 days to guess the issue, charged me $220 for diagnosing (completely wrong diagnosis) and wanted almost $2,000 for repairs. Fun fact the issue came from the brake plate, and these same incompetent Toyota employees replaced those brakes a few months ago. Dealership is intentionally causing problems in your vehicle. More
