In checking with another VW dealer, I found out that most of the items weren’t called for replacement/repair for another 20k to 30k miles, and your pricing was double in many of the items. The appointment was not successful because Brad didn’t make the time to do the things that I asked for. He made the appointment at 8am and then said they didn’t have time to get to the car that day so th make the time to do the things that I asked for.
