I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived for my appointment. The person at the desk just sat and typed when I stood in front of her. Finally Brad was free and helped me out. There was only one other service person there, and Brad was alone when I returned to get the car. The dealership seems very understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car even though it was sitting in the lot 20 feet away. I have been happy there in the past (have purchased 3 cars there) but seems to be going downhill. Brad has been there a long time and is friendly and helpful. More

Dishonest service—they will overcharge you into the thousands of dollars for service and parts that aren’t needed. Workmanship is very poor and staff is incompetent. Work is never completed on time and thousands of dollars for service and parts that aren’t needed. Workmanship is very poor and staff is incompetent. Work is never completed on time and is terribly shabby. What was supposed to be fixed isn’t fixed, and they don’t conduct quality control and check their work. For example, my interior headliner had to be removed to do service involving the sunroof, but the headliner wasn’t reattached properly and was covered with dirty fingerprints. Stay away from this place! More
