Brad is always knowledge about by Toureg TDI which is a complicated car to maintain. He is honest and has the best interest in me as a customer as to the recommendations that need repair. Sorry attempt at up charging. Took our car in for a 35K service- basically an oil change and a tire rotation. Got a video, followed up by a “critical “ recommendation for more than $5000 worth of work. In checking with another VW dealer, I found out that most of the items weren’t called for replacement/repair for another 20k to 30k miles, and your pricing was double in many of the items. I don’t know if you’ve had a change of ownership or management, but you’ve seen the last of me. More

The appointment was not successful because Brad didn’t make the time to do the things that I asked for. He made the appointment at 8am and then said they didn’t have time to get to the car that day so th make the time to do the things that I asked for. He made the appointment at 8am and then said they didn’t have time to get to the car that day so then it waited until the following day to get looked at. Then the video came back with all the things to fix but not the thing I asked to have serviced dealt with. When pushed, when I picked the car up, I wasn’t charged because the thing I asked for was not completed. More
