This dealership is off a well traveled and popular highway(I-635). I had four cars in sight and narrowed it down to two, as the third had over 100k miles and that was a none starter but it was worth c highway(I-635). Regardless, by the time (one day passed) I arrived at the dealership, only two were available. This includes the Toyota with way too many miles, for me and my money. The main Honda I wanted was gone, so that left the one I ended up purchasing. It was a straight forward & easy process with Jon. I was in & out in a fourth of the time it took years ago at another dealership(Toyota) for a car I paid cash for! They should probably consider making Jon a manager or co-owner - if he’s interested - an has the funds. Working with Boris was efficient as well. While I was sure my daily spending limit was 5k. Boris suggested I call an have it raised to 6k in the event something happened, because I was putting 5k down. The phone was on speaker phone and he helped navigate the prompts! Way to go Boris. He knew I really wanted 20 inch wheels and went to another dealership the day after Christmas to pick up and personally deliver to my house in the rain. Needless to say I purchased and love the Truck. This was a convenient low pressure experience. Was really worried about the bait and switch from financial department but everything real smooth and was in and out. 5 stars to Town East Ford. 10 stars to Farle. More
