A call went thru to my husband, he said he gave you my number...maybe he gave the wrong number ? I had a garbled voicemail, and nothing on my "recent calls" from (910) 408-0100 from this morning (Monday 6/17/24). I don't see that number as a blocked number, and I checked, my phone is not on "do not disturb". I called at 11:36 am to 408-0100, then saw I had got a response on Dealer Rate , at 11:53 am, that you had called. My phone is only showing outgoing calls to Kia at 11:38am and I called again at 12:05 pm today after reading this message, left another message. Coastal Kia has my phone number, and I also left it on both messages I left.

Also, your times on the entries are off...the message above says you responded at 3:53 PM on 6/17/24...It is 12:17 pm on 6/17/24 as I am writing this. 3:53pm hasn't happened yet, unless maybe you are farther east than US Eastern Standard Time? I am in the EST.

John Wigger called me, through my husband's phone, as when he tried several times to call me, it did not show up as Coastal Kia, so I blocked it, as I do most numbers I do not recognize. My voice mail works fine, but will not allow messages to be left from blocked numbers. John was very understanding and helpful, and offered to pay to have my car towed in to check it out, which I will do. So this review is to report continued good service from the Coastal Kia in Wilmington, NC
