Bob took great care of me when I really needed help. My family and I were on vacation from Charlotte when we discovered our alternator had failed. Even though Coastal Kia's Service Department was already busy, Bob kindly offered to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. They successfully diagnosed the issue and fixed my vehicle in two days. I received great support and thorough communication from Bob in Service, Chris in Parts, and David the Shuttle Driver. I would recommend this shop to anyone in Wilmington and beyond. More

Although my vehicle service was done well, I was disappointed at how long it took. My appointment was 11:15. The technician told me they would be done about 12:45/1:00.
