They explained the situation clearly, including what needed to be done to properly repair the oil pan. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and the quality of the repair work. The oil pan was thoroughly fixed, and I haven't experienced any issues since. The dealership’s service department kept me updated throughout the process.
