I love my new vehicle! Met Natalie (Neil) Dimaso upon arrival. My intention was to get an inspection of my 2019 Toyota XLE for a possible upgrade to a hybrid. Neil informe Met Natalie (Neil) Dimaso upon arrival. My intention was to get an inspection of my 2019 Toyota XLE for a possible upgrade to a hybrid. Neil informed me of what was available on the lot which included a 2022 SE. The Toyota dealership I had visited a day earlier had no XLE’s available at all. Neil is a gentleman, thoroughly knowledgeable in his vocation, and very receptive to helping me through the process. He let me take the SE for a test drive while my vehicle was inspected. Subsequently he informed me of the various payment scenarios which were combined with the offer for my vehicle. I really like the car so I pulled the plug without any undue pressure from Neil. He arranged to get the car detailed, fueled and helped me to remove my roof rack which I’ll use on the new car. He personally called my insurance company to arrange for the transfer of coverage to the new vehicle. He even offered to place my old license plates on to the vehicle when the registration arrives in a week or so. Really a smooth process which took under 2 hours. I sincerely appreciate the way that in which I was treated at this establishment and I’ll certainly respond there for any future maintenance I’ll need for the vehicle. I have no doubt that this well run shop will perform any required maintenance in an excellent fashion. I’d also like to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Bob Baran in the business office. He was also a gentleman and very helpful in answering questions and explaining something of the items I was signing. He also reminded me of monies I had do from the 7 year warranty which covered my previously owned vehicle. A very nice, unanticipated benefit from the sale of my vehicle. Overall it was an extremely efficient, relatively stress free experience, and we will certainly recommend your organization to any family and friends who are in the market for a Toyota product… especially the hybrid.
