Experience was pretty good overall. Rep was attentive and worked with us. Got a good price notwithstanding current issues. Jonathan was excellent with regards to working with us the entire time. He was up front throughout the negotiation and we wound up walking up with a car a trim above what we were initially looking for. However finance left me little sour regarding the extra service agreements. We will be using this as a FHV in the next few weeks and policies offered are VOID when using as a TLC car. If I didn't catch that when going through the agreement we'd have been shocked to learn that if we ever needed to use. Agent should had immediately pivoted to the correct policy when we mentioned this and we'd have maybe added the commercial version of the policy. As such it left us a little put off. More

I told him off the bat that I just graduated college and needed a good deal on a lease for the next few years. He provided me with just that, without any games or price gouging like many dealerships are doing. The selection was minimal but this market is crazy. None the less, they had what I needed and we were able to make a deal. I would definitely recommend that anyone see Darlius if they need a toyota and hate the car purchasing games. Bob in finance was also very professional and got us out of there in minimal time. More
