I am 73 years old. Always had Dodge Caravans or Pacifica and this is the BEST service I have ever experienced ! I was traveling on the interstate when a hot engine light came on. We hobbled into Pearl Chrysler. The service we received was amazing from the time we pulled in until we left. The van needed a new radiator. Blayne was incredible doing everything possible to get us back on the road. He secured a radiator and the technician Dillon stayed late to do the repair. Claude and James provided assistance. They all went beyond mt highest expectations! We were two seniors with three dogs. Everyone was so gracious. Making sure we were comfortable. Always keeping us informed. I cannot express how incredible their service and they’re graciousness They will always have my gratitude!! More
