First of all I just realized I called it a Buick illusion instead of Envision so that shows you I’m an old lady who doesn’t know what she’s talking about but if you ever need a new name for a Buick you can use illusion I’ll sign that off to you and I want to thank Ben again he met with me I took the title and the key to him Unfortunately I didn’t get to see Blake that day but I appreciate him so much too and I also want to give thanks to Brad he went out stood in the hot sun and showed me some more things on how my car works I’m learning slowly but surely so I want to thank Brad for his patience and help I couldn’t remember his name the last time I did the survey but as I said I’m old and forgetful so forgive me but I know that you have an outstanding staff and Mr. Brown you have raised two fine boys who are a credit to your business and all the staff there have been very kind and I appreciate them not making fun of me when I showed up the other day calling it the illusion I just love this car it’s a dream it’s awesome probably the best car I’ve ever had thank you guys bye-bye
