The moment that we showed up here, it was an extremely welcoming experience. They immediately greeted us and got to work. The entire time, there was zero pressure. They were very communicative and kept us up to speed with what's going on in the process. From start to finish, the whole process took around 1 1/2 hours and that includes us test driving the vehicle that we purchased. I felt very safe purchasing from them. The staff exhibited a level of pride in their work and the Henry Brown name that was noticeable by both my wife and I. Mr. Brown's son is the one who wrote up the deal and he was an amazingly generous and kind guy. As a bonus, we were able to get an great deal because I'm a first responder. I have zero doubt that my next vehicle purchase will be through them. I look forward to seeing them again. More
