Blake embodies customer service. Throughout every step of our purchasing process, Blake was there to guide the way and ensure the deal was as good as possible. We had an extenuating circumstance occur during our process and Blake delivered big time. He made sure that we were taken care of, not because we are paying customers,but because it was the right thing to do.
