I only go when I know Bill Mclrean is there as he is an asset to your service center after making an appt with a gal she ended up calling me back and asking me what the wrong with the car. Excuse me that’s why Ian making an appointment there is al light on my dash saying I have a problem. I had to read her the item in the book. She doesn’t belong in service I have been a customer with Steve and Bill for years I trust them with my life. More

Amber Young was fine until she came to me with a list of my car’s ailments. A replacement of all my tires at a cost of $1,500 for my ATS’s 17” rubber. My daughter checked online for my tires and NONE of the my car’s ailments. A replacement of all my tires at a cost of $1,500 for my ATS’s 17” rubber. My daughter checked online for my tires and NONE of them even APPROACHED that figure. I only approved the replacement of the oil vacuum hose which triggered the check engine light. That was done. She was pleasant up to the point when she sat next to me. After the approved work was finished, I went with her to a cubicle to pay. The pleasantries disappeared and it was all business. Now, I don’t know if the staff gets a bonus for as service advisor or not but just because I didn’t approve the tire replacement, why the cold shoulder? Otto Cadillac has been great since I bought my ATS there in many ways and I’m still returning for service. Bill McLean is a super guy and has never treated me like this for similar occurrences. I recommend Otto to others as well. I’m coming back soon for the NYS inspection I need after the oil vacuum hose stymied it and I need one hundred miles on the car to reset the CEL. More
