I purchased a 2019 Audi E-Tron from Huntley Ford on November 16, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After the purchase, I discovered several serious issues that were not disclose November 16, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After the purchase, I discovered several serious issues that were not disclosed: • Scrapes on the front left bumper, suggesting prior accident damage. • A cracked front bottom grill. • Cracked leather on the interior armrest. • Malfunctioning rear bearings. • A non-functional Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS). • A secondary touch screen that doesn’t work, making it impossible to adjust the temperature settings. The car was shown to me at 7:00 PM in the dark, making it difficult to inspect thoroughly. I later learned the dealership did not perform a used car inspection. When I reached out to the salesman about these problems, he seemed dismissive, saying it was “hard to believe” and offering to get repair estimates—issues that should have been addressed before selling the car. This hands down is the worst place to deal with. From the sales people all the way to the managers. All I wanted to do was buy my wife a new SUV and being out of state they wouldn’t even get me pre- From the sales people all the way to the managers. All I wanted to do was buy my wife a new SUV and being out of state they wouldn’t even get me pre-approved before I get there without physically being there. It’s a 6hr drive to get there or I would need to fly down. When I called to speak to a manager, the sales person told me mangers were by appointment only. I had to ask over and over and the salesman just kept telling me he was just doing his job by not getting his manager. The unwillingness to work with someone out of state is absolutely unacceptable. Why would you turn down business? More
