I purchased a 2019 Audi E-Tron from Huntley Ford on November 16, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After the purchase, I discovered several serious issues that were not disclosed: • Scrapes on the front left bumper, suggesting prior accident damage. • A cracked front bottom grill. • Cracked leather on the interior armrest. • Malfunctioning rear bearings. • A non-functional Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS). • A secondary touch screen that doesn’t work, making it impossible to adjust the temperature settings. The car was shown to me at 7:00 PM in the dark, making it difficult to inspect thoroughly. I later learned the dealership did not perform a used car inspection. When I reached out to the salesman about these problems, he seemed dismissive, saying it was “hard to believe” and offering to get repair estimates—issues that should have been addressed before selling the car. More
