Barry, in the service department, was very friendly and didn’t waste my time or try to pressure me into additional work. He told me what my service code was for and what was recommended. I made my decision and he gave me the estimated time that it would take. There was no back and forth or running back in later with a whole list of other recommendations. He respected my time and decision. The work was completed sooner than promised and I was on my way. Although I asked not to wash my truck this time, I do appreciate the option of the free car wash after the service is completed. More
