Avery and Julian lied to me over and over again and I came in with an offer from online and they gave me a price 7k above that offer. Avery Gathercole was not initially involved with the sale of our car, but she was a great woman to have a conversation with. Rocco Cesario did somewhat help with negotiations, but when a customer asked for something he needs to make sure to be a man of his word and follow through on the request of the customer not below the customer off because you never know when your general manager find out what you’re doing. overall, I will say that my experience at the Volkswagen dealership was decent.
