Rocco Cesario did somewhat help with negotiations, but when a customer asked for something he needs to make sure to be a man of his word and follow through on the request of the customer not below the customer off because you never know when your general manager find out what you’re doing. overall, I will say that my experience at the Volkswagen dealership was decent.
