I had gone to another dealership and drove a 25 suburban. Suburban was too big. They didn’t have a Tahoe. Classic dis. Found one in the lot. Went onto show room. Sal approached us. Showed him the Taho Suburban was too big. They didn’t have a Tahoe. Classic dis. Found one in the lot. Went onto show room. Sal approached us. Showed him the Tahoe I wanted to look at. He got the keys, I sat in it and that was it. He didn’t have to pull it out of the parking spot. The haggling process began. Went to Austin and was a smooth process. Tahoe was ready. Sal and Nick were concerned about getting a good survey report. Well… that’s not gonna happen. Sal took me to my car and had me go to Onstar and sign up. THAT WAS THE END OFMY DEALINGS WITH SAL!!!!! No explanation of the features NOTHING!!! One of the back bucket seats with not fold up. We got it home and tried we couldn’t get it up. I called him the next day. He said that he would make an appointment on Thursday and call me back. I’ve NEVER… NEVER heard from him since driving off that day. I come to the service department. They can’t find where an appointment was set up. Service is another story. I use to work for a Ford dealership and was the person who received these surveys and I know how important these are. And I work in retail and know what customer service means and what it is. This is not customer service. I purchased an $80,000 vehicle!!! Someone need to do better. Chris Boatman More
