Juan, sales, was great! Finance was excellent. Service dept was less than impressive. I had to bring my car back the day after I bought to finish setting up OnStar. Whe Finance was excellent. When I came back the next morning I alerted Juan. He very promptly took the car to the service department. I also asked if he could have them put the front license plate bracket on. He returned very quickly, I thought, that is amazing service. Well he returned so quickly because the service department declined to do the things he n a car that I had just bought from you less than 24 hours earlier. I was told they would take care of it when I brought it in for regular service appointments. Well that was crap! Won’t be referring anyone or having my regular service done at your dealership. More
